About

Dr. Drew Brown IV’s career reflects a lifelong commitment to excellence, service, and ethical medicine. From competing as an NCAA Division I athlete to training at some of the nation’s most respected medical institutions, his path has been shaped by discipline, resilience, and a belief that patients deserve both expertise and understanding. In founding DB4Spine, Dr. Brown set out to create a practice that places education and trust at the center of care. He believes that informed patients make better decisions, and he takes the time to thoroughly explain diagnoses, treatment options, and expected outcomes. His holistic philosophy integrates lifestyle optimization—nutrition, fitness, and movement—as essential tools in both prevention and recovery. Dr. Brown is also deeply committed to global health and medical volunteerism. He serves as a visiting professor and volunteer surgeon at the FOCOS Orthopaedic Hospital in Ghana, where he treats complex pediatric and adult spinal deformities. Whether working locally or internationally, his mission remains the same: to deliver safe, ethical, and life-changing spine care.
